About this Event

Registration is free, the cost of attendance is $30 to fundraise for the wellbeing of people and the planet. By purchasing your ticket, you are dedicating time and energy towards individual and collective healing.

Your impact with this class:

75% of funds raised from this class will aid organizations focused on people, the planet, and the practice, and 25% will support the teacher’s practice (who is saving up for sound healing equipment to offer during healing sessions).

25% People LGBTQ Freedom Fund pays bail to secure the safety and liberty of individuals in immigration facilities in every U.S. state and pretrial detention in Florida.

25% Planet Borneo Nature Foundation is working to protect critically endangered orangutans and their richly bio-diverse and globally important rainforest habitat on Borneo.

25% Practice Yoga Gives Back mobilizes practitioners worldwide to channel their gratitude into empowering India’s women and children to create sustainable lives.

What to expect

Expect to meet at the park and go for a short (1 mile) walk, followed by a 1 hour guided meditation. Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on, water, and any extra clothing layers you may need.

Come as you are, for who you are. This class is intended to support your foundational connection to your body, breath, and the Earth, promoting simultaneous inner and outer healing. There will be time at the end for optional aromatherapy and hands-on healing.

If you have any concerns about accessibility with attending this class, please email them after your registration and we will find a solution for you!

About the Instructor

Megan is a certified reiki healer, yogi, and environmentalist who has been practicing outdoor energy work and meditation for the past two years. After recently completing her second summer season as a Park Ranger in Boston, Megan is comfortable leading groups in outdoor activities and excited to foster a sacred connection with you and the Earth through this session. A student of both the physical and metaphysical, she brings a grounded perspective of ecological and spiritual oneness to her outdoor healing sessions. She also offers free, online prayer circle meditations through the Boston-based group, Awakening for Earth.
