August 20-22, 2024 | 1:00 – 4:00 pm each day
🦋 Join us for three days of mindfulness, movement, and magic! Embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and fun as we guide tweens through a transformative experience designed especially for youth aged 10-14.
Throughout the 3 days we will:
🌳 Learn the art of being present, managing emotions, and nurturing self-awareness.
🌳 Indulge in various yoga practices ranging from grounding, energizing, playful, and restorative.
🌳 Immerse in nature, embracing mindful walking and the splendor of the outdoors.
🌳 Express creativity through crafts such as gratitude jars, vision boards, or mandala colouring.
🌳 Experience the joy of outdoor yoga games designed for tweens, promoting cooperation, creativity, and laughter while enhancing strength and flexibility.
🌳 Engage in a mindfulness discussion, reflecting on workshop experiences and sharing insights, challenges, and intentions for continued practice.
Cultivating a supportive and inclusive environment we will explore yoga, mindfulness, and creativity safely and joyfully.
