Join spiritual teacher John Astin for a one-day retreat of mindful and experiential inquiry into the nature of experience. Through guided inquiry, discussion, and reflection you will investigate presence itself. ?During this one-day retreat, John Astin will guide you to the nature of moment-to-moment experience. You will learn that the things we conventionally label as problems are actually a display of the most miraculous energy, intelligence, lusciousness and depth of the human experience.
Location: A private venue in Cordova Bay, Victoria, BC. The address will be released upon registration.
