A cancer diagnosis and treatment can bring an avalanche of emotions for the patient and their family. To help cope, MyMichigan Health is offering a program in Saginaw that focuses on the use of mindfulness for current or post-cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers. The event will be held in-person on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at noon, in the conference room at MyMichigan Medical Center Towne Centre, 4599 Towne Centre Road, Saginaw.
