The Mindfulness Meditation Group is open to those with an interest in and some experience with meditation. We meet every Sunday, from 10-11 am. We open with a 25 minute round of sitting meditation followed by a 5-10 minute round of walking meditation. After this, the leader will do a reading/talk followed by a discussion among the group about what was presented. A donation is requested to help support the cost of the space.
