Allow yourself some time for a bit of self-care. My goal as a meditation practitioner and instructor is to cultivate personal awareness, a sense of peace, and gentleness towards ourselves and the world we inhabit. We will use different forms of meditation such as Mindfulness, Loving-Kindness, and Compassion/Self-Compassion.
