Mindfulness Meditation at Nalu Kava Lounge
Join certified meditation teacher Jack Davis on the 3rd and 4th Sundays of each month for a donation-based mindfulness meditation in the warm, welcoming space of Nalu Kava Lounge.
What to Expect
This guided session is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice. You’ll be gently introduced to mindfulness and led step-by-step through a breath-centered meditation.
The practice focuses on anchoring your attention to the breath—one of the most accessible and effective tools for grounding. As thoughts arise, you’ll learn to notice them without judgment and gently return your focus to your breathing.
Over time, this simple practice helps build awareness, steadiness, and the ability to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity rather than reactivity.
Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome.
