A weekly meditation class to allow you time to pause. Focusing on releasing physical in the tension in the body and creating stillness in the mind. This guided meditation is the perfect way to end your day clear your mind and press re-set. Coached is brand new wellness facility offering small group sessions ideal for restorative practises. Non-members must book via Leap Mindfulness or get in touch with the Coached team to find out about membership.

Sally is an award winning & fully accredited meditation and mindfulness coach. She has been teaching meditation since 2018 and hosts retreats workshops and classes across the UK. Her sessions are to open to everyone from all walks of life. She invites you tom come with an open mind and leave with an open heart.
