Beginning May 4, Saturday mornings at 9:30, this Intro to Mindfulness Meditation course, led by Zen Darner, is a four-week series designed to introduce traditional mindfulness meditation techniques in a clear repeatable style allowing you to create or build on a maintainable personal practice. Overcome and understand common hurdles like racing thoughts and mental distraction while exploring the essence of meditation. Discover the profound internal and external benefits through mindfulness of body, thoughts, and feelings to enhance your daily life.
No Experience Required, No quiet minds necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided.
