AdvertisementThe pandemic has been a disruption for each one of us, forcing us outside of our comfort zone and making us look within.
Let’s take the opportunity to rebuild our lives and change our habits in a way that is productive and healing. Old habits are sustained by repeating patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviour that have created and reinforced neural networks in our brain. Over these six weeks, you will learn to change these neural networks of patterned behavior through mindfulness with Gopi Kinnicutt.
What you will learn :
Body scanning and relaxation techniques
Mindful meditation and reflection
How to identify and shift deep rooted patterns using R.A.I.N.S.: Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture and Surrender
Reflective deconditioning, both processing and sharing in a safe space
