About this Event

In this six-week class, participants will learn the principle of mindfulness and apply them to activities of daily living such as eating, walking, writing, meditating, and more.

Each two-hour class will include interactions among participants and moments of introspection and writing. No experience is required. People from all walks of life are welcome.
