About this Event
What this course offers
A structured and supportive 8-week programme designed to help you better manage pain, illness and stress through mindfulness and self-compassion.
Includes 20 hours of guided learning and practice:
- Guided meditation
- Practical teaching and techniques
- Group discussion and reflection
- Support for your home practice

Dr Claire Hunter
Leadership development facilitator, certified somatic coach, and certified mindfulness teacher.
Founder of Elysian Leadership, Claire supports individuals navigating change and transition with clarity, calm and confidence. Her work combines mindfulness, embodied awareness and reflective practice to help people meet life with presence and resilience.
