Parents will learn mindful parenting practices so you can be your best parenting selves and bring more joy, resilience, and connection to family life. The parenting portion will be led by Parenting Expert and Founder of BeLove Parenting, Penny Meeker.
Kids will learn a wide variety of mindfulness tools to improve focus, deal with big feelings and effectively manage stress with Mindfulness Educator, Jenn McCullough.
Developing a more mindful household is more likely when all family members are practicing, modeling, and growing together.
At least one parent or guardian must attend with each family.
Each child should bring a yoga mat.
Space is limited.
