We’re flipping the script on meditation at our monthly gathering, that’s all about bringing mindfulness to life in a joyful, accessible way.... at a local, cozy café...with cake!
You'll learn different techniques of meditation, mindfulness, self exquiery and embodiment that will to help you to relax, regulate your nervous system and shift from constant doing to just being.
What's On The Agenda?
- Meet and Mingle: We'll kick things off with light-hearted icebreakers. It's about building bridges from the get-go.
- Arrival and Centering: Settle in with a short grounding practice, making the transition from the hustle and bustle to the here and now
- A little bit of Theory: You'll get an overview of various techinques and theories behind presence based practices
- Hands-On Practice: You'll experience different guided excercises that marry theory with practice
- Sharing and Connecting: Engage in heartfelt discussions, share experiences, and foster new friendships.
- Second Short Practice: You'll deepen your experience with another practice session, reinforcing your learnings
- The Finale: Relax, mingle, and enjoy the community vibe. This is your space to breathe, belong, and be you
