Join instructor Amanda Parparian to explore the intersection of art and mindfulness as a tool for self-care. Each session provides a calming, comfortable space for participants to engage in creative activities that promote presence and awareness of the present moment. By focusing on the here and now, participants will learn to connect with their emotions, thoughts, and sensations through different artistic mediums.
Experience the meditative process of slow stitching. Focus on the repetitive motion and the details of each stitch, fostering a contemplative and calming practice.
This class is part of our Adult Learning Program.
Classes are $40 for members, $50 for nonmembers
