About this Event
Join tea monk Kursten Brewer and meditation teacher Mudra Love for a contemplative, embodied tea experinece. Together, we'll savor a thoughtfully curated selection of artisanal tea as we slow down, sip with intention, and create space for presence, reflection, and connection
We hope you'll join us. 🌷
Kursten Brewer brings a wealth of wisdom in the art of pouring, serving, and savoring tea. Blending his deep knowledge of tea with experience in meditation and Gene Keys readings, he guides others through a process that invites quiet reflection and a deeper inward journey—all while enjoying exquisite ceremonial-grade teas.
Mudra Love draws upon her training in Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) to guide students toward greater calm, clarity, and insight. Originally from Nepal, she was first introduced to meditation by her father, a Buddhist monk in the Zen (Chan) tradition. Today, she continues her practice at a Tibetan Buddhist temple in Nuʻuanu, where she deepens her own cultivation while sharing mindfulness with others.
