Join me every other Thursday this summer for a opportunity for connection, deepened awareness, and new ways of exploring creativity! We will plan to alternate locations each week between South Holston Dam and Cumberland park, but if attendance becomes too large SH Dam may no longer be an option, so be sure to check back here for current updates!
Each meeting will start with a mindfulness practice led by yours truly, which will be related to creativity, and then we will either have a group jam session or do a creativity based music practice. My desire is that this group becomes a great way to put aside distractions and lean into connection in a more meaningful way. With that being said, I highly encourage your to LEAVE YOUR PHONE at home or in your car during this time.
Please bring your own mat (or a towel), a chair or blanket to sit on, a water bottle, and any instrument you wish to bring!
All levels welcome! This is about leaning into PLAY, CONNECTION AND PRESENCE, NOT SKILL!
