Mindfulness & Meditation are the most empowering practices you will ever learn! Regain control of your mind, cultivate your natural resilience and inner balance, and bring more peace and joy into your life!WEEKLY CLASSES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 8th!
Classes will meet on Sundays & Wednesdays, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
Class will be conducted in person but the option to participate online is available. All classes will be recorded, so you never need to worry about missing a class!
This training will be divided into three modules, each one building upon the prior. Participation in all three modules is not required (though highly recommended!). Module 1 is required for enrollment in Module 2, and completion of all three is required to earn your teaching certification.
MODULE 1: Basic Practices & Theory
September 8, 2024 – October 30, 2024 (8 weeks)
Cost: $425
We all have such busy, uncontrolled minds! Developing a strong mindfulness practice is necessary before you can expect to sit in sustained meditation. In Module 1, you will learn tried and true methods to focus and quiet the mind, how to develop a sustainable meditation practice, and you will be introduced to both ancient and modern-day meditative theory.
MODULE 2: Deepen Your Practice
November 6, 2024 – January 5, 2025 (8 weeks)
Cost: $425
Module 1 is a pre-requisite for Module 2.
Learn more advanced pranayama (breathwork) and meditation practices, and delve deeper into meditative philosophy and theory.
MODULE 3: Earn Your Teaching Certification
January 15, 2025 - TBD (4+ weeks; Module length will be dependent on class size.)
Cost: $350
Modules 1 & 2 are pre-requisites for Module 3.
This module is for those who wish to lead others in pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation. Graduates will be issued their Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher Training certification from The Jiiva Center!
