Join us for our free monthly Mindfulness and Connection Meetup!
We will begin each session with a brief introduction to a new mindfulness or self-care practice, featuring an interactive or reflective exercise. Afterward, we will break out into small group discussions where you can share experiences, challenges, and tips with fellow participants. Finally, come together as a group to reflect, share key takeaways, and leave feeling inspired and connected.
This event is the perfect blend of relaxation, learning, and community bonding!
Each event will feature a new topic or exercise. Come with an open mind and leave with new connections and techniques to aid you in your healing journey!
