We are honored to welcome Khenpo Tenkyong, a distinguished teacher in the Karma Kagyu lineage, to Gainesville Karma Thegsum Chöling. Khenpo-la will offer a special teaching on mindfulness and bodhicitta, guiding us in cultivating present-moment awareness and the compassionate heart that is the essence of the Mahayana path.
With warmth and clarity, Khenpo Tenkyong will illuminate how mindfulness deepens our practice and how bodhicitta, the wish to awaken for the benefit of all beings, transforms our daily lives into the path of liberation. This teaching is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or a long-time practitioner.
