About this Event

Do you feel stuck or conflicted about multiple decisions? This workshop will guide you through counselling-based value exploration exercises so that you can learn what really matters to you. Through participant discussion, you will get an insight into how to align these newly found values with your current and future life. The workshop will include a guided mindfulness meditation to solidify the self-exploration and bring you peace for the rest of the day.

This workshop is purely educational in nature, and is not a counselling/therapy session nor a substitute for one.
