You're invited! A space where people can cultivate friendship within and around themselves. Conscious Calibrations community is holding a space for security, peace and connection.
Come and join others like you for conscious conversations, movement and connection.
Come and join us for a small gathering that fosters a sense of safety amidst conscious conversations. A space you can slow down, and tune in, together.
Conscious Calibrations is all about helping us learn how we can per se "calibrate" our being, to create a life that deeply satisfies our desires and meets our strongest needs.
Mindfully Met is a place for all ages! A graceful gathering where we can come together. Mindfulness, remaining aware of our moments, is something you and your entire family can practice. This group welcomes and joyfully invites you to show up for your entire being in a new way, consciously connecting our mind-body-spirit.
For two hours you'll get snacks and refreshments, serene music, a guided 10 minute meditation or journal reflection time, conscious circle, and somatic movement.
Come and see how easy it is to meet yourself, and others in the process. ✨️
