Mindfullness in Nature
Find your deep, inner connectedness during an experiential day of relaxing and gentle nature awareness and mindfullness exercises within a beautiful, nurturing woodland. The process of mindful nature connection has been proven to have a therapeutic effect.
This day is about us. Stopping, stepping out of our busy minds and truly feeling the stillness within. Using all our senses to experience the woodland. To listen, to reflect, to breathe and experience the interconnectedness of the present moment. Reconnecting with ourselves, reconnecting with nature.
