Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating mindful walk in nature! This event is an opportunity to connect with nature, clear your mind, and enjoy the peace of each moment.We'll guide you through mindfulness exercises designed to help you fully immerse in the beauty around you, savor the fresh air, and feel the ground beneath your feet.
Bring your friends and family, or come solo and meet like-minded people. Everyone is welcome!
Let's meet in front of Havis Amanda Statue. We'll go from Kauppatori to Suomenlinna by boat and then walk in Suomelinna for about 1 hour. Let's enjoy some refreshments and a good talk at a cafe in Suomenlinna.
Please note that a regular A zone HSL ticket needs to be purchased for the boat ride (unless you have a valid HSL pass).
Let's walk together, breathe deeply and find stillness within.
