Mindful Walking in the Staffordshire Moorlands (Park Hall Country Park)

Join us for a mindful walk that's less about covering distance and more about being present.

This guided walk invites you to slow down and pay attention. We’ll move at a gentle pace and explore the landscape through all five senses, finding moments of calm and clarity in the natural world. There's space to share your experience or simply enjoy quiet reflection.

Suitable for most abilities, though there are a few uphill sections.

There’ll be an optional stop at the end of the walk at Bolton Gate Cafe for a sit-down, natter, and refreshments. Bring comfortable walking shoes, waterproof clothing and an open mind. This is your invitation to step away from the noise and reconnect with what matters.

Free to attend. Meet at the Park Hall Country Park car park (Bolton Gate end, off A520 Leek Road).
