Boss ladies, caregivers, wellness practitioners, creators or those women who simply have a passion for a holistic, empowering energetic approach to life
✨Is it all-inclusive?
Yes! With the exception of transportation and Sat night @pappyandharriets. 7 meals, lodging, @integratronofficial Sound Bath, yoga, hiking, 2 workshops, pool, jacuzzi, bonfire, swag is all included. Bring any refreshments or snacks/food you wish! We can also adhere to most diet restrictions.

We have none for you! Make this weekend what you need. From us, you can expect connection, a fun vibe, good music, a variety of yoga sessions, hiking guidance, inspiration and a way to unlock some dormant energy! This is my third retreat co-hosting with @roomtoroam.experiences (the fourth being in November!). With the assistance of my co-facilitator @ayyyykarina of @casa.silka, you’re in superb, hostesses with the most-est care! EVERY retreat I have attended or hosted SOMETHING has come out of it. A friend, experience- heck, this is how @soulfishevents started!
