Practice mindfulness and ecstatic joy through this immersive evening of two beautiful experiences in one journey – Mindful Tea ceremony by Leila and Silent Disco Ecstatic Dance by DJ Leela in nature (Flevopark, Amsterdam)
Starting with an ancient Tea Ceremony, Leila (IG @TeaCeremony_Dao) will present specially selected tea (Da Hongpao Oolong) in harmony with the season, and guide you through a Kongfu-style ritual and tea meditation that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere and improves all your senses, health and soul.
DJ Leela (IG: @DJLeelaAmsterdam) will guide us into a sunset ecstatic dance afterwards through a silent disco music journey, where you can connect deeper with yourselves and others, dancing and expressing in the way YOU like!
We will be tucked in a quiet and intimate corner in Flevopark, in company of lovely nature and people who come together to experience something beautiful. We will also be serving small bites so that you don’t feel hungry. Feel free to get your own food and drinks, and warm cloths/blankets!
Price – Donation-Based/Pay As You Like at the door including Tea Ceremony, live music/DJ, dancing and small bites.
