During the soundbath session, Celia is going to guide you through a meditative journey, using the power of sound to promote deep relaxation and balance within your mind, body, and spirit. As the gentle vibrations of the instruments resonate through every cell of your being, you are going to find yourself effortlessly entering a state of profound calm and tranquility. The sound waves emitted by the various instruments work in harmony to harmonize your energy centers, release tension, and clear any energetic blockages.
