Join me for a mindful sound bath at a beautiful spiritual venue with amazing energy. We will start the session with guided meditation, and I will then bathe you in the beautiful sounds, tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and drums. The sound vibrations slow down your brainwaves, allowing the mind and body to re-set and rest, release muscle tension and restore balance, enhancing wellbeing and mood.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience. You will be lying down on a mat, so please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket - anything you need to get comfy! I have some spare yoga mats and blankets, so if you don't have those, not to worry! 🙂
