About this Event
Mindful Senses is a program drafted out of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction protocol. Anchored in mindfulness based practices, and utilizing a therapeutic lense, Mindful Senses allows you to explore your senses, while learning how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. We'll practice together, discuss benefits, and explore the relationship between your sensations, thoughts and emotions. If you have ever been curious about mindfulness, are cautiously uncertain how it could be helpful, or unclear how to add it into your already busy life, this is a great introductory setting!
