Mindful Self-Compassion in Nature
Join us for an early evening community walk that blends movement, mindfulness, and the practice of self-compassion in one of the most beautiful spots on Oʻahu. This gathering is part of the , our mindfulness membership designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your values, and live with more intention.

Together, we’ll take a mindful walk around Magic Island, pausing for grounding practices and guided reflections that center on kindness toward yourself. As the sun sets over Ala Moana Beach, you’ll be invited to rest—whether that means swimming, journaling, meditating, or simply soaking in the beauty of the ocean.

- Gentle group walk around Magic Island and back
- Guided self-compassion and mindfulness practices in nature
- Optional sunset swim
- Space to reflect, reconnect, and recharge in community
👣 What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- Slippers or sandals (we’ll walk barefoot on the sand)
- Towel and swimwear (if you’d like to swim)
- Comfortable clothes and a light jacket
This evening is about presence, not performance. Come as you are—solo or with a friend—and let the rhythm of the waves, the softness of the sand, and the practice of self-compassion bring you back home to yourself.
