Mindful Rx

At this special edition Mindful Rx event, you will PLAY through visual arts in a relaxed environment. The goal is to play by developing a deeper sense of authenticity and curiosity. We will work on asking your inner critic to step to the side so you can play with the arts in a more freeing and explorative way. These events are intended to be a suprise (a key element of play). All the supplies and materials are included.

NO skills or talent required, but you DO need to bring a playful spirit, a desire to drop the nasty inner critic, and a growth mindset.
