Mindful Pot Planter

Join us at the University of Auckland Faculty of Engineering (Building 405, Room 222) for a fun and relaxing afternoon of mindful pot planting!

In today's fast-paced world, finding moments of calm is invaluable. That's why we're thrilled to invite you to our Pot Planter Workshop, where you can experience the therapeutic benefits of gardening and connecting with nature firsthand. Studies have shown that these activities can significantly reduce stress levels and promote overall well-being.

We'll provide all the materials you need, including mini pots, pot decoration supplies, seeds, and soil. You'll have the opportunity to decorate your own pot, plant a seed, and take home a custom-potted creation.
