Join me as we explore principles of conscious and mindful parenting with gentle guidance. These are tools we can use while guiding our children in a more mindful manner.
I hold a master's degree in human development with a minor in early childhood development. My background started as a mother of six, and becoming engrossed in La Leche League and Attachment Parenting International as a leader. I have been the associate coordinator of Leaders, provided communication workshops and have led seminars on parenting twins for La Leche League for over 15 years, as well as being a leader in both organizations.
