We will be doing reflective work on yoga mats in our Pilates studio to merge timelines between the past & future into the present with somatic hip opening somatic exercises. The hips are where we hold all of our emotional baggage - these techniques are simple enough to do in bed but powerful enough to dissolve trauma stuck inside of the body & relieve anxiety. These tips will benefit guests traveling for the holidays or dealing with the emotions that may come up that are not always pleasant during warmer months.

The evening's culmination will revolve around an intention-setting exercise in your journal, empowering you to manifest your heartfelt desires and set the stage for the forthcoming New Moons.
