About this Event
Join me for a hike through Crotona Park. We'll hike into the park for 30 minutes pausing for a 5 minute guided mediation followed by a 20 minute nature journaling session where we'll write, sketch, trace, doodle, or notate our impressions. Then we'll hike back out.
- Exact meet up spot will be emailed to you 1-2 days before the Hike
- Wear layers, sunscreen/hats, and comfortable walking shoes
- Pencils & journals are provided (or feel free to bring your own)
- Call or text me with any questions (917) 689-4651
engage participants with nature threefold; the hike immerses us in natural surroundings, the meditation quiets the nervous system, and the journaling provides the means to closely observe and thereby connect more deeply with nature.
