Mindful Movements + Cosmic Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of gentle mindful movement, somatic exploration, breath, and a deeply restorative cosmic sound bath designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and regulate your nervous system.
We’ll begin with slow, intentional yoga-inspired movement and somatic practices that invite you to move with awareness rather than performance. Through gentle stretching, intuitive movement, and mindful presence, you’ll have the opportunity to release stored tension, increase body awareness, improve mobility, and create space for emotions and energy to move freely.
As your body softens and settles, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments will wash over you. Sound has the ability to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, and guide the body into a meditative state where healing and restoration can naturally occur.
This class is an invitation to slow down, return to yourself, and experience the profound medicine of movement, stillness, and sound.
Please bring:• Yoga mat• Water• Blanket• Pillow or bolster• Eye covering• Journal (optional)• Crystals or essential oils (optional)• Anything else that helps you feel cozy, grounded, and supportedNo experience is necessary.
