Mindful Movement, Sound Bath & Reiki

Join Lucy Blu and Diana Azcarraga for an evening of holistic healing and deep relaxation. This immersive experience blends mindful movement, the therapeutic power of sound, and the gentle energy of Reiki into one nurturing session designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

We'd love for you to come take some time for yourself, whether you need to unwind, let go of stress, or just breathe. There's no experience needed, so come as you are.

We'll begin with meditation in motion through soft, gentle body movements, then transition to the mats where you'll be immersed in healing sounds from Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, flutes, chimes, and gongs.

Bring a mat (we'll have extras for those who need them), a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive at 6:15 for check-in. Thank you!
