Join us for Mindful Mondays!In this 8 weeks series our intention is chakra opening, cleansing and balancing. Each week we will draw our awareness to the various primary chakra centers beginning with the root chakra and concluding with the crown chakra.

This class weaves together meditation, mindful movement, and mantras to tap into your intuition and emotions, setting a positive tone for your week.

What to bring/How to dress: Dress comfortably as we will be stretching and dancing together. Feel free to bring your yoga mat and water bottle though we do have yoga mats you can borrow for the class.

Who: This class has been designed specifically for women and those who identify as women of all ages.
