Join us to experience Mindful Movement with Isabelle, a wonderful class to get moving and feel good! It's a free, drop-in class.Come dressed comfortably to move, bring a mat and a blanket if you want extra padding for the floor. Mats are also available in the gym.
We will be working on our mobility, balance, strength and alignment in this class that is open to all ages, accessible and mindful.
Based on Isabelle’s Thinking Body classes, this is the class you didn’t know you were missing. A great way to take care of yourself with long-lasting effects through small changes that affect all of your body, and really, all of you, body and self.
