Mindful Mother's Day Brunch with Malissa Fedele

Exclusive to Urban Kitchen in Rundle Mall, MasterChef S15 contestant and Clinical Nutritionist, Malissa Fedele (BHSc) will host an intimate Mother's Day Breakfast demonstration on Sunday 12th May under the Gawler Place Canopy.

Guests will watch as Malissa creates the ultimate sweet mood-boosting breakfast of fluffy Sunday morning pancakes with home-made spiced almond butter and berry compote served with a delicious almond and berry smoothie. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the creations and leave with tips and tricks from Malissa.

In addition to the cooking demonstration, the session will include a nutrition workshop, a group mindfulness session and each guest will take home one of Malissa’s best-selling Good Day Wellness Journals. During the session, Malissa will show you how to use the journal to support your emotional wellbeing, calm the mind and boost your mood.
