Start your Saturday with this mindful morning wake up. Please arrive 15 mins early. Session will start promptly at 8am.
Our first session will be a 45 minute Yoga Nidra (yoga meditation) in the salt room.
Then guests will exit the salt room and enjoy complementary mimosa samples, fresh fruit, and muffins for a 30 minute refreshment break.
Guests will then enter the salt room again for 45 minutes of Crystal Singing Bowls. This is the perfect way to start the weekend in a peaceful and meditative state.
**Please arrive on time as we start the salt promptly and are unable to open the door during the the session**

We usually have a waiting list for these events so please be considerate and cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow someone else to take your spot.
