Start the week off in a mindful way by joining local breathwork coach Anthony Lorubbio for a ~40 minute breathwork and meditation session. This class is sure to 'breathe' life and energy into your day and week ahead.

As an experienced breathworker, and Minnesota's first certified Wim Hof Method instructor, Anthony is one of the premier local coaches for this emerging type of mindfulness. He will hold space for attendees to feel safe, open, and part of a controlled environment for this one-of-a-kind breathwork experience.

Breathwork has many mental and physical benefits including: a calming feeling throughout the body, increased energy and focus, increased lung capacity, lowered stress and anxiety, improved circulation, improved metabolic efficiency, lowered inflammation, increased respiratory endurance.

A few other notes:

if you are pregnant or epileptic, this style of breathwork is not recommended, but Anthony can work with you for something that is more appropriate for you

do not do this style of breathwork while in water or operating a motor vehicle

while not mandatory, breathwork is best practiced on an empty stomach, so for its full effect, save meal-time for after your session.

yoga mat is recommended but not mandatory; bring your own if you have one. We will practice lying down on the ground in the lounge/studio space
