Join us for a calming 45-minute sound bath designed to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in the beautiful gallery space at The Depot. This is an intentional pause in the middle of a busy season, an opportunity to breathe, reset, and let the vibrations wash over you.
What to Expect
A gentle, immersive sound bath experience that supports relaxation, nervous system ease, and mental clarity. No previous experience is required.
What to Bring
A yoga mat, a small pillow, and a blanket for comfort. Dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
