Mindful Mondays: Art + Wellness is a 3-part series designed to bring together wellness, creativity, and community. Each session offers space to reflect on yourself, your healing, and your connections — and the best part is that it all happens through art.

With guided creative activities tied to meaningful conversations, you’ll have an expressive outlet for your emotions and a chance to reset your week with intention.

On days that feel heavy or hard to navigate, Mindful Mondays helps you slow down, get grounded, and bring a little more color and clarity into the week ahead.

Was a gentle exploration of our inner emotions and growing awareness of who we are as we navigate the world more mindfully.

A look at how we can reshape our thoughts, behaviors, and identity as we step toward the person we’re becoming.
