Mindful Monday: Stillness and Return of the Light

Join Jola for this Mindful Moday session where we'll be focusing on rest, reflection, and reconnecting with your inner light.

Why it fits: December carries both the intensity of the festive season and the quiet invitation of Winter Solstice. This extended indoor session offers a cocoon of calm—time to release the year gently, replenish energy, and reconnect to inner stillness and light.

Practices to Include: Opening “Soul Light” Practice; Guided Meditation Journey; Gentle Movement; Journaling & Reflection; Creative Nourishment (create Affirmation decorations for the home/Christmas Tree); Nervous System Reset; Sound Healing: Sharing Circle:

*Note this is a longer session to allow people to really get ready for the intensity of the festive period.

Course Eligibility: Please note this course is only for adults living within the following Exeter postcode areas: EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4.

Times and Attendance

This course is on Monday 15th December from 10am - 2pm.

You will be required to complete an Urban Learning Academy Enrolment form at the start of the session and feedback forms at the end.

Commitment: we ask that learners commit to attending this course as we only have limited spaces. We run a wait list on Eventbrite. Please cancel your ticket, or contact us, if you are no longer able to attend the course so we can offer your place to somebody else.

Tickets: When booking tickets, please book one ticket per person and provide a name for each ticket. We are unable to accept bookings without a name or multiple bookings under one name.

Cancellations: If you are no longer able to attend a course, please ensure you cancel your booking via Eventbrite or contact the ULA as we always have waiting lists for our course.
