Mindful Monday Sound Bath

Enjoy a mindfulness meditation along with peaceful sound healing. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

The ambiance will include galaxy lamps and candles to set the tone for a dreamy vibe. This will take place at a gorgeous retreat center where you can hear the birds sing, view rolling hills, and soak up nature.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)
• Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)
• Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)

Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

The front gate opens up automatically when you drive up to it.

Follow the wooden signs to Crows End Retreat Center.

Please park in the large lot, before you reach the retreat center building, in front of the labyrinth.

Once you park, you will see the wooden cottage to the far right, across from the road. This is where ceremony will be held.
