Mindful Monday Nights - Weekly Meditation!led by mindfulness teachers Dr. Michele McCormick, Maya Dunne, and others!
5:30 pm to 6:45 pm. every Monday, starting now, NCC sanctuary!
These 75 minute gatherings are open to all and include guidance on meditation and compassion practice, extended insight meditation practice, including sitting and walking, talks about the Dharma and lots of time for Q & A. For both experienced and beginning meditators.
Dress: In layers, bring socks, cushions if you have one, (non-plastic) water bottles.
Please bring a donation of $20 (or what you can afford) to support Neighborhood Congregational Church providing these sessions.
