Is your mind your adversary? Turn it into your friend and ally.Using the Max Meditation System™, this meditation is a sandwich of different styles of meditation making it a thorough experience. This will bring anyones meditation game to the next level and is well suited for those who haven’t meditated before and for those whoa are well seasoned in their practice.
These classes are available both in-person at our Center in Central Phoenix, and remotely via Zoom.
There is a small energy exchange to support your rotating instructor.
Meditation exchange is $10.
