Mindful Moments Fort Worth

Join us as we explore mindful moments to cultivate a kinder, more compassionate relationship with ourselves. We've partnered with local experts to start the day with 30 minutes of guided journaling and meditation. Stay and spa or grab a juice to-go.

Spots are limited, reserve yours for $30. Registration includes a goodie bag with a journal, pen, our favorite product samples. All proceeds will go to LifeWorks, a non-profit that provides counseling to individuals and families who are struggling with the stress of everyday life. LifeWorks is one of the largest providers of affordable mental health support in our community.
